2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International shipping may be subject to customs delays outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives visibly damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence via WhatsApp at +351 911 744 550. We will review each case individually. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement at our sole discretion depending on the nature of the damage.

We do not accept claims for damage reported after 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

5. No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you received the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp and we will resolve it.

6. Warranty

We do not offer any warranty on our products unless explicitly stated in the product listing. Products sourced from third-party manufacturers may carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are separate from any obligation of Voltura.

7. Limitation of Liability

Voltura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
